Some additional notes (by Dryad):
* New alchs often ask where to get tendrils. I know of three reliable sources.
One is the beach area -- jellyfish are easy kills and have 2 tendrils on them.
Another is beastlands -- oyster race (mussels and oysters) have 1 tendril each.
The third area requires some help from newbies. The puddings in the newbie mines
have tendrils. Not all do, but one particular type (that of course I can't
remember off-hand) has a tendril or two per corpse. When I need tendrils, I pay newbies
to bring up the right type of corpse, by the corpse. I pay them 1-2k per corpse,
if they bring it up fresh within a minute or two of the kill.
* What areas are good to hit up for organs? I haunt two areas primarily: the church
tower in BC, where I kill priests and monks for their human-type organs, and
Digga's newbie area where I kill bunnies in the park. I'm fond of bunnies for their
paws and snouts in addition to the normal organs. Other alchs are fond of Newbie
Mountain, Newberry Park, and Beastlands, among other newbie areas.
